Interim Admin Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative intern (2-3 months) with a background in product design or cataloguing to support our team in compiling and documenting our past loyalty campaigns across Asia. This role will involve reviewing, organizing, and creating a structured catalogue of products from past campaigns, with a focus on visual presentation and product data accuracy.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research, organize, and catalogue past TCC Asia loyalty campaign products.
• Capture detailed product information, including design specifications, materials, campaign context, and images.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information and confirm accuracy.
• Work with design and marketing teams to ensure catalogue materials are visually engaging and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Translate and document key campaign / product details in both Cantonese and English.
• Support in maintaining a structured and searchable archive for internal reference.
