职位描述Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience HKICPA student member or equivalent Proficiency in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities :
- Assist in consolidating revenues and expenses of leasing portfolio against budgets set
- Provide support in the preparation of management reports, including presentation materials
- Prepare financial model analysis for leasing portfolio
- Facilitate forecasting, budgeting and auditing
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned
