about the job.

As an influential member of the team, you will maintain clientele portfolio across APAC region and support the origination of sector banking business in terms of originating businesses associated with LBO / MBO, recourse / non-recourse project financing, margin financing, corporate M&A financing, project finance, structured ABS and bond market financing, syndication. You will be responsible for credit analysis, financial modeling, meeting with clients and working alongside a team of coverage bankers. You will support your sector bankers, coverage bankers, product managers and country bankers in achieving team targets and growing market share within the structured finance field. You would expect wide industry exposure such as automotive and commercial vehicles, capital goods and industrials, metals and mining, chemicals, transportation and logistics etc.

skills & experiences required.

Your previous experience as a leverage / acquisition finance analyst / credit analyst / relationship manager within Global Banking will help you succeed in this role. You will have 3+ years of experience in Global / Corporate Banking. You will be a team player in achieving team targets and also detail minded in conducting in-depth financial and credit assessments within credit policy and parameters of the bank. Due to the targeted client segment, you will be required to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English on a daily basis.
