What this job involves :

  • Welcoming visitors and providing a positive first impression of the centre
  • Offering general information about the site exhibitions, events, and program
  • Answering visitor inquiries about the centre's facilities, services, and current activities
  • Providing directions within the centre and assisting with wayfinding
  • Arrange and update the display boards / directional signage for event before the function
  • Handling ticket sales or registrations for exhibitions, workshops, or special events
  • Managing visitor flow and queue management during peak hours or special events
  • Coordinating with other departments to address specific visitor needs or concerns
  • Maintaining a clean and organized customer service area
  • Collecting and reporting visitor feedback to improve services
  • Assisting with lost and found inquiries
  • Offering support for visitors with special needs or accessibility requirements
  • Handling minor complaints and escalating more serious issues to management
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the centre's exhibitions, events, and design-related topics
  • Train up and manage the performance of the Assistant Customer Services Officer
  • Serve as a backup for the Assistant Customer Services Officer in his / her absence
  • Bring in the best practice from JLL HQ to implement onsite
  • Manage guest inquiries and special requests, providing high-quality customer service
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating facility maintenance and inspections
  • Admin work including preparing reports, billing, purchasing and payment
  • Serve as the contact for facility-related inquiries and concerns from staff and guests
  • Coordinating with other departments to address specific visitor needs or concerns
  • Coordinate and assist with events, ensuring facilities meet client and guest needs
  • Perform daily inspections to assess its condition and identify maintenance needs
  • Report the status of facility conditions and any identified issues to management in a timely manner
  • Follow up on reported maintenance issues with the onsite Technician to ensure timely resolution

Sound like you? To apply you will have :

At least 1-5 years’ relevant working experience in hospitality / hotels / corporate offices

Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience from working in conferencing or events environments

Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills

Able to communicate in English

Willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team

Tidy, organized, proactive, careful and customer / service focus
