Responsibilities

and Duties

  • Trade delta one products and options in cryptocurrency markets to generate consistent P&L through market making, volatility trading, and market-neutral strategies
  • Responsible for the risk management of the portfolio across traditional, centralized and decentralized exchanges
  • Develop and implement alpha-generating trading strategies, leveraging market trends and crypto-specific inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to design, backtest, and automate trading systems and workflows
  • Optimize trade execution and liquidity provision, adapting to evolving market structures
  • Contribute to the development of proprietary tools and algorithms to improve trading efficiency and scalability

What you offer

  • Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics or any other analytical / quantitative related field of study
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience trading delta one products (, spot, futures, perpetual swaps) in cryptocurrency markets, with a track record of generating consistent P&L
  • Experience or familiarity with options trading, including pricing, hedging, or volatility strategies, toplement delta one expertise
  • Proficiency in Linux OS and Python for scripting, strategy development, and data analysis to support trading decisions and automation
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency market microstructure, including centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges and funding rate dynamics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and informed trading decisions
  • Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced trading environment and handle pressure effectively
  • Strongmunication and collaboration skills
  • Goodmand of spoken and written English
