IT Analyst / UAT Tester - Banking industry

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for credit cards, card loans, and digital banking products.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to drive Agile delivery cycles.
• Prepare and maintain key project artifacts including user stories, traceability matrices, and UAT plans.
• Facilitate workshops and regular updates with stakeholders to align project scope and timelines.
• Conduct system and mobile application testing, identify issues, and follow up on defect resolutions.
• Ensure digital solutions meetpliance, data privacy, and operational standards.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
