Our client, a leading logistics organisation with global footprint is seeking for a Key Account Manager to join their commercial team for global account management.
Description
- Act as the central point of contact for assigned overseas offices and local teams, facilitating seamless communication and coordination
- Analyse current strategies and develop innovative approaches to boost performance and reach our targets
- Own the management of top-tier client accounts, defining standard operating procedures and performance metrics
- Partner closely with our product specialists to handle request for quotations (RFQs) and pricing for key accounts
- Liaise with regional branches to identify solutions for customer challenges
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform decision-making
- Work in tandem with operations and customer service to address account-specific requirements
Profile
Associate / Bachelor degree; in business, logistics, or supply chain managementMin. 3+ years of relevant experience in the transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics industryProven track record of success in an account management or senior sales role.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.Strong proficiency in using technology and software to manage client relationshipsFluency in Chinese and English, including Mandarin, both verbal and writtenJob Offer
