Building Services Engineer (40K)

Our client is looking for Building Services Engineer (40K) to join their team.

Description :

• Prepare equipment and submit drawings.
• Oversee combined services drawings, site coordination, and supervisory tasks.
• Create method statements for submission before work, testing, and commissioning (T&C).
• Coordinate with main contractors and consultants for design reviews, as well as submissions for drawings, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications :

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in building services, including supervision of A&A Building Services installations.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
