Responsibilities
- Provideprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the department head and team heads
- Perform general secretarial and clerical duties, including managing schedules, coordinating business travel and handling expenses reimbursements
- Organize internal & external meetings, departmental events, and assist in preparing related materials and reports
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring documentation is properly maintained toply with regulatory requirements and internal policies & procedures
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related disciplines is preferred1-2 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or financial institutionProficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Goodmand of written and spoken English and ChineseStrong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail and time managementAble to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with good working attitudeHKEX ismitted as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
