职位描述Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or related subject Perfered experience in TMT, preferably with a track record in deals related to AI / Big sector or Semi conductor Fluent or native in Mandarin, fluent in English Ability to act independently Process strongmunication skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for origination of IPO and M&A business across different sectors. Preferably a strong focus in TMT, preferably with a track record inpleting deals in AI / big data or Semi Conductor sector
- Responsible for due diligence
- Deal documentation and internal approvals
- Handling client queries on execution related matters
- Willing toonsistently travel to china
