A sizeable life insurer is looking for a department head to lead the FCC, regulatory, investment, product, andpliance monitoring team.

Your new role

Design and implement the group'sprehensivepliance program, epassing regulatory, financial crime, investment, conduct, and productpliance.

Engage proactively with regulators to ensure timely updates to thepany's policies and procedures, maintaining alignment with local regulatory requirements.

Lead and develop internal training programs to foster an ethical andpliant work environment.

Review and oversee the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for the group office.

Develop and implement a risk-basedpliance monitoring program to ensure ongoing adherence topliance standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Business Management, or Law.

Minimum 15 to 20 years of solid work experience in the financial industry, specifically inpliance and / or controls, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

Solid andprehensive knowledge of the insurance business, preferably with hands-on experience gained in the insurance industry.

Excellentmand in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
