Major Responsibilities :

Prepare reports and summaries related to sales reconciliation, incoming payments
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports interface
Identify discrepancies, investigate the causes of the discrepancies, and reconcile the accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Communicate with different departments to resolve discrepancies
Prepare closing schedule, monthly report and analysis
Handle customer refunds according to the company policy and guideline
Verify the incoming payment received from different Mean of Payment timely
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Assists the department to establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting process and control procedures.
Recommends, develops and maintains financial data bases, computer software systems and filing systems
Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing group audit, statutory audit and tax reporting
Handle Ad Hoc duties

Requirements & Capabilities :

Bachelor or above in Accountancy or a related discipline

Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications) is preferable

At least 2 years or above relevant experience in a similar capacity

Patient, detail oriented with meticulousness and accuracy, initiative & strong sense of responsibility

Sense of accounting concept, able to work independently, well-organized and good time management in a fast-paced environment to meet a tight deadline

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (familiar with excel) and accounting software, SAP experience is preferrable

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate with immediate availability is highly preferred
