Responsibilities

Design and develop the algo execution platform and its associated strategies.
Enhance the performance of existing trading strategies.
Develop and maintain automated testing systems.
Provide 2nd line support for the algo execution platform.

Essential Skills

Core Java Development : Extensive expertise in Java, including development experience in low-latency, scalable trading environments.

Algo Systems Knowledge : Proven experience with algo strategies, automated trading, and electronic systems.

FIX Protocol and OMS Expertise : Strong knowledge in FIX, market data, and Order Management Systems, particularly with equities in Asian markets.

Programming Proficiency : Technical experience in Python, Perl, shell scripts, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Linux environments.

Analytics and Innovation : Knowledge in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with familiarity in data pipelines and in-memory data grids.

Problem-Solving Skills : Self-motivated, multi-tasking, and solution-oriented professional with exceptional analytical capabilities.

Clear and confident verbal and writtenmunication in English.
