Project Coordinator (Retail Shop)

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate for shops and office maintenance
• Handle procedural matters or documentations with relevant parties such as landlords, contractors and vendors
• Responsible for implementation and follow up of retail shops renovation projects and other ad hoc activities
• Solve any arising problems from projects

Requirements :

Diploma or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience

Chain stores experience is an advantage

Proficiency in using MS Office

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, well-organized & willing to work under pressure

Immediate available is preferred
