※Japanese Speaking Business Development Manager (TBD)※

Job Description

Work alongside with investors to conduct market researches, extract insights to identify, assess, recommend and comment potential business development opportunities such as commercial partnerships, M&A and new technology investment ・Formulate business strategy, develop business proposal, conduct white space analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate new business development or market entry project opportunities ・Support the transaction execution of the growth strategies by valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and terms documentation ・Provide advice and support to business unites on the executive of growth initiatives ・Initiate, drive and support projects contributing on sustainable business growth ・Report and coordinate with HQ about above matters ・Compile quantitative data of the group companies and create monthly reports ・Ad hoc duties

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree or above ・At least 3 years work experience in a professional financial, consulting, marketing or any related firm ・Work experience of new business development and analysis & feasibility studies in any industries ・Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin ・Proactive, collaborative, result-oriented individual with strategic and systematic mindset ・Basic knowledge of PL BS or Finance statement ・Be able to perform business trips to mainland China mainly or other locations as needed ・Translation skill in an ad hoc occasion ※Candidate Information may share with group companies
