We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team in Hong Kong and provide innovative solutions and support for businesses facing challenges. Our team thrives on diversity and aims to foster a collaborative environment where every individual's voice is heard.
As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues in our Restructuring team to provide expert insolvency and contingency planning advice to a wide range of clients, from largeplex cases requiring multi-jurisdictional advice to smaller, director-owned businesses. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in stakeholder advisory work around distressed businesses, conducting independent business reviews, cash flow management, and facilitating accelerated M&A processes.
We seek a driven individual who is adaptable and prepared to work across various sectors. While we offer the opportunity to leverage past experiences, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to multifaceted restructuring situations and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
