Our business is lead by a highly experienced Managing Director focused on building a substantial business delivering advisory services across Restructuring & Financial Advisory. With a strong presence internationally, Interpath is dedicated to understanding the nuances of diverse markets, ensuring we deliver tailored and effective advisory services to provide solutions to theplex issues facing business today.

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team in Hong Kong and provide innovative solutions and support for businesses facing challenges. Our team thrives on diversity and aims to foster a collaborative environment where every individual's voice is heard.

As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues in our Restructuring team to provide expert insolvency and contingency planning advice to a wide range of clients, from largeplex cases requiring multi-jurisdictional advice to smaller, director-owned businesses. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in stakeholder advisory work around distressed businesses, conducting independent business reviews, cash flow management, and facilitating accelerated M&A processes.

We seek a driven individual who is adaptable and prepared to work across various sectors. While we offer the opportunity to leverage past experiences, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to multifaceted restructuring situations and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to;
• Perform a key role on engagements while working as part of a team, (typically 3 to 6 people), supporting senior team members across various projects
• Analyse urgent and challenging client situations to create innovative solutions and assess business options, which may include formal insolvency processes
• Act as a point of contact for clients on specific assignments, providing updates to engagement leaders
• Mentor and support junior staff during assignments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management, mid-level executives, and other stakeholders, including legal teams and lenders
• Manage projects, adhering to the scope, risk, timelines, quality, and budget as per Interpath's engagement management standards
• Contribute to business development efforts
