Position : Accounting, General Affairs & HR Manager / Assistant Manager

Location : Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-set bookkeeping services and manage accounting records using Xero software.
  • Handle month-end and year-end account closing procedures.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage general office administration, including equipment management, ordering supplies, and document filing.
  • Administer various company insurance policies.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including coordinating recruitment arrangements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience in Xero software is a big advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and proficiency with data input into business systems.
  • Good command in Japanese (N2 or above) , English and Mandarin . Native Cantonese
