Position : Accounting, General Affairs & HR Manager / Assistant Manager
Location : Tsim Sha Tsui
Responsibilities
- Perform full-set bookkeeping services and manage accounting records using Xero software.
- Handle month-end and year-end account closing procedures.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage general office administration, including equipment management, ordering supplies, and document filing.
- Administer various company insurance policies.
- Assist with human resources functions, including coordinating recruitment arrangements.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience is required.Hands-on experience in Xero software is a big advantageExcellent knowledge of MS Office and proficiency with data input into business systems.Good command in Japanese (N2 or above) , English and Mandarin . Native CantoneseBenefits
