Provide comprehensive sales and service support to Relationship Managers for consolidated banking customers.
Maintain good relationship with own clients and cultivate client needs on products & services.
Adhere to internal guidelines while ensuring data confidentiality.
Understand clients' risk profiles and act as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance with sales processes, including RPQ, annual PI reviews, AML, KYC, and more.
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date client profiles and documentation.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and instructions, and follow up on outstanding issues and requests.
Prepare and monitor credit reviews, line excess, and collateral positions, prepare account review materials for RM or IC review on a regular basis.
Proactively alert Relationship Managers and relevant parties when special actions are required.
Meet personal sales targets and assist in achieving overall sales and service objectives.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Possess HKIA & HKSI qualifications.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience in banking industry.
Good service orientation, attentive to details and diligent.
Proactive approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer skills and effective communication.
