职位描述Autonomous to collect requirements, designing solution and developing application Must be creative and innovative and propose better solutions whenever possible Open-minded and curious to help rationalize and maintain the existing systems Foresee possible issues to avoid them in early development stages Aware and curious about new technologies to share their benefits and explore them Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar majors Proven experience of Java and or C# development Proven experience in Agile, TDD and continuous delivery (Jenkins, Sonar) Knowledge of Equity derivatives products particularly options and structured products Willing to learn, able to learn quickly Have good communication and interpersonal skills Have positive mindset and work as a team player Fluent in English is mandatory Client - Understanding and Respect : I listen to clients and colleagues in order to understand and anticipate their needs Team Spirit - Collective mindset : I favour the team’s interest over my own results Innovation - Change management : I support change Responsibility - Courage : I express my convictions and make decisions with courage and respect. Responsibilities
- Develop services for the structured products business lines
- Manage requirements from sales, engineering and operations
- Design API and services with the global teams to answer the requirements
- Support the users on their daily requests and ensure on-duty jobs whenever requested
- Synchronize on the global backlog with the global team
- Collaborate with the different local teams working for other business lines
