The Assistant Manager, Customer Acquisition and Retention will spearhead the implementation and drive digital marketing and retention initiatives for the Chubb Life brand, enhancing digital presence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development and Execution : Design and implement digital marketing and retention strategies across various channels including paid media (social media, programmatic, SEO / SEM, retargeting, affiliates, partnerships) and owned media platforms (social, email, IM). Leverage direct marketing techniques and our extensive database to enhance brand visibility, promote products / services, and drive digital sales, lead generation, plus cross-sell / upsell opportunities.
- Campaign Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production houses to develop tactical campaigns and digital media plans that maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Optimization : Define core metrics and set up reports to optimize the end-to-end performance of campaigns and media spend, ensuring alignment with acquisition targets and budget constraints.
- Analytics and Insights : Utilize site analytics and implement tracking tools / tags to monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, content engagement, and e-commerce funnel activity to gain insights into customer behavior.
- Customer Journey Enhancement : Support the design and refinement of digital customer journeys to enhance customer experience and support digital sales, lead generation, and cross-sell / upsell initiatives, both online and offline.
- Innovation and Trend Analysis : Stay abreast of new technologies and trends, assess customer needs, and leverage insights to improve campaign performance, customer journeys, and experiences, thereby informing product development.
Requirements :
Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital acquisition, or performance marketing with proven track record; experience in insurance, e-commerce, insurtech or fintech is a plus.Proficiency in data analysis and its application in deriving valuable customer insights.Extensive experience in managing digital campaigns and acquisitions, including but not limited to SEO / SEM, performance marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, CRM, and app marketing.Proficient in using website analytical tools (., GA 4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Marketing Automation Platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.Outstanding analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.Proactive, results-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
