• Assist in organizing and executing company-wide events, such as conferences, customer events, town halls, and volunteer initiatives.
• Create marketing collaterals that align with brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency.
• Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, intranet, newsletters, and social media.
• Monitor media coverage and contribute to crisis management and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with charitable organizations on corporate social responsibility campaigns.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and daily administrative tasks within the department.Requirements : Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply :
• University student from Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Language, or a related field, either in Hong Kong or overseas
• Passionate, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of design software, such as Photoshop or Illustrator, is an advantage.
