Job Overview : As a Finance Manager within Helios & Partners' Family Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Office and its global portfolio businesses. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth individuals and contribute to the strategic financial direction of the organization. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a CPA or at a reputable accounting firm in Hong Kong. Understands GAAP accounting and audit firm experience is preferred Advanced English Level Experience in applying for grants, vouchers, and other programs in Hong Kong and abroad Familiar with tax codes and efficiency strategies in Hong Kong and beyond. US, China preferred. Advanced Bookkeeping in a Family Office, Asset Manager, or Wealth setting Preferred, but not necessary in conducting due diligence on portfolio companies, and internally as part of compliance. Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP). Manage tax compliance, including filing tax returns and responding to tax audits. Advise on tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Identify and apply for relevant grants, vouchers, and other government programs in Hong Kong and abroad.
