Position Overview
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Research / Product Development Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop new capsule type health product, including but not limiting to TCM capsules, probiotics capsules, and western type supplement capsules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing innovative formulation technology know-how of the company and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop new capsule type health product, including but not limiting to TCM capsules, probiotics capsules, and western type supplement capsules.
- Participate in new product workflow. Coordinate with various departments in the product development process.
- Design product prototype in laboratory and conduct evaluation test.
- Conduct production trials and product quality evaluation.
- Perform scientific research and support labelling claims.
- Ensure products meet legal, quality and safety standard for assigned markets.
- Provide technical support on production process
- Participate in existing product re-formulation.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned.
