Vice President, Business Operations
Job Duties
- Oversee the business operations of the entire project (eMPF) to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with the required quality standards.
- Supervise the procurement process along with the Group Purchasing Team to align with the Group’s policies and procedures, while maintain cost-effective purchasing.
- Manage and streamline payment processes, and collaborate with the Group Finance Team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Design and implement some control mechanisms to prevent any potential fraud and maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate closely with Group Legal Office to ensure that all business contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies and procedures. Monitor contract performance to ensure the compliance with contract terms.
- Develop and execute a proper approval process for all project-related activities and relevant payment requests, ensuring that all approvals are documented and comply with Group’s guidelines and requirements.
- Work closely with Group Risk Management Team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement, payment, and contract management.
Education / Qualification
University degree in Finance or Accounting with recognized CPA.Skills / Knowledge
Proven experience in a leadership role with a track-record of managing large projects preferably in IT industry.Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management and resources planning.Work independently with strong analytical mind for planning and executionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking Experience
At least 10 years of relevant experience in business operations, financial & contract management, or related areas of a sizable company is highly preferred.
