Senior Vice President, Network Operations

Your Role

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for network and exchange operations
• Maintain excellent network stability and ensures the consistent, reliable, and high-performance operation of fixed network to minimize the incident and fault rates
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to network operations, including the security operation centre
• Coordinate with partners for effective exchange operations
• Lead the customer fibre and microwave project team serving major clients
• Manage team and guide the team in driving adoption of AI and digital transformation in operations
