Director of Cash Management Operations and LAPC for JANA & Asia South

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Risk / Business Analyst and Project Management support for global projects related to payments and funds movement. Focus on identifying and documenting regional activities, assessing control environments, and prioritizing improvements based on risk.
• Determine the impact of SOX and MCA (Manager Control Assessment) activities on payment and funds movement processes. Implement necessary updates and conduct root cause analyses of payment-related operational risk events, proposing solutions and addressing any remaining gaps.
• Support Operations Subject Matter Experts in defining key business requirements for identifying and documenting crucial data elements within payment and funds movement flows. Contribute to the development of rule-based controls for managing large and unusual payments.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, actively participating in working groups, steeringmittees, and workshops to ensure alignment and collaboration.
