What you will do :

• Welcome and escort guests to assigned dining areas
• Manage reservations and monitor waiting lists
• Coordinate with the service team about available seating options
• Create memorable guest experiences, especially on different occasions (Wedding anniversary, Birthday, etc.)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist service team when needed

What you bring :

Diploma in Hospitality specialization will be an advantage

1 year of guest relations or F&B experience is preferred

Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills

Computer literate including knowledge of Chinese input
