We are looking for a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a The Club & Guest Relations Supervisor, we rely on you to :
- Understand guest preference and provide quality service
- Greet VIP / Club guest and bit farewell
- Provide a smooth check in and check out experience, as well as F&B services to guests
- Handle inquiries and collect feedback from guests
- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel’s policies and procedures
- Supervise The Club & Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction
We are looking for someone who has :
Minimum 3 years of experience at the Front Office / Guest Relations in world class service HotelsCustomer-oriented and self-motivated independent individualsStrong leadership skills and communication skillsExcellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
