Job descriptionDSE / Form 5 or above 1 to 2 years' experience required Organized and willing to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people including Paris office and suppliers Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Able to work on Excel and Google Doc Experience with SAP system is a plus Immediately available is preferred
Responsibilities
- SAP data entry
- Filing
- Pick up phone call
- Issue PO to supplier, follow up ETD
- Updates Google Doc
- Pack sample and arrange shipment to fty, QC, client and Paris office
- Submit sample approval card to fty, QC, client and Paris office
- Check samples and take photos for Paris office if required
