Head of Region

Responsibilities

• Oversee designated branches in delivering business KPIs, including acquiring and growing customer base and provide excellent sales services.
• Lead branch managers in designing sales strategies and business plan for achieving business goal, and in driving effective human resources management.
• Work closely with various departments on key projects of Branch Banking, including distribution strategies, sales management, product launch, system roll out & regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain a high quality team spirit with synergy and a motivational attitude towards exceeding business goals.
• Provide adequate training to the staff within region so that they can perform their functions at a professional level, in terms of practices, knowledge, compliance standard, etc.
• Provide management oversight and maintain a strong compliance culture regarding regulatory and compliance matters as well as anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing control activities.
