职位描述Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred. Minimum 12 years of branch banking experience with at least 6 years management exposure. Possess qualifications for relevant insurance and investment licenses registration Possession of CFP / CFA / HKRFP qualification is an added advantage Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Retail Wealth Management (RWM). Assertive, highly motivated individual who has strong will and experience to bring strategy to life with their hands-on execution. Good influencing, people management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee designated branches in delivering business KPIs, including acquiring and growing customer base and provide excellent sales services.
- Lead branch managers in designing sales strategies and business plan for achieving business goal, and in driving effective human resources management.
- Work closely with various departments on key projects of Branch Banking, including distribution strategies, sales management, product launch, system roll out & regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain a high quality team spirit with synergy and a motivational attitude towards exceeding business goals.
- Provide adequate training to the staff within region so that they can perform their functions at a professional level, in terms of practices, knowledge, compliance standard, etc.
- Provide management oversight and maintain a strong compliance culture regarding regulatory and compliance matters as well as anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing control activities.
