Handles any guest enquiries regarding the city, restaurants, events, and attractionsAssists guests on transportation and flight arrangementsHandles all incoming couriers and mails on behalf of our guestsEnsures the highest degree of guest satisfaction which is well reflected in Forbes, LQA and The Peninsula StandardGeneral Requirements :
Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industryHands-on experience with MS Office and PMS systemsExcellent in spoken and written English and ChineseExcellent customer interaction skillsPassionate for luxury and service
