Job description

A top US law firm is looking for an NQ-1PQE associate for their corporate team.

The role will cover a variety of Corporate work, including M&A, Private Equity, and US Capital Markets.

Requirements

Candidates must be admitted, or pending admission in the USA. (Class year 2024 / 2025)

Have very strong English (written and verbal)

Prior experience from a top international firm experience.
