Job description

Job Period : Long-term (on-going)

Location : Central

Working Hour : 9 hours / 9.5 hours

Salary : $70 per hour (with 1 hour meal break allowance)

Responsibilities :

  • To provide excellent customer services to VIP guest, tenants, customers, and the public
  • Answer enquiries and handle complaints in a professional manner
  • Support and assist the company’s CRM and marketing activities
  • Manage concierge counters in company’s CRM portfolios.

Requirements :

  • Hospitality / Property Management field is preferred
  • F.7 graduated or above
  • Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and inter-personal skills
  • Detail minded, good sense of direction, familiar with luxury brands
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
