Part-Time Customer Service Helper (Shopping Mall)

职位描述Hospitality / Property Management field is preferred F.7 graduated or above Pleasant and out-going personality, strong customer service and inter-personal skills Detail minded, good sense of direction, familiar with luxury brands Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Job Period : Long-term (on-going)
Location : Central
Working Hour : 9 hours / 9.5 hours
Salary : $70 per hour (with 1 hour meal break allowance)
Responsibilities :
- To provide excellent customer services to VIP guest, tenants, customers, and the public
- Answer enquiries and handle complaints in a professional manner
- Support and assist the company’s CRM and marketing activities
- Manage concierge counters in company’s CRM portfolios.
