Job descriptionDegree in Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in customer services, operations or project management Account servicing or Sales Support / Administration experience, preferably in banking / finance industry Excellent inter-personal, customer servicing and problem-solving skills Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and Korean (TOPIK level 5 is preferred) Proficient in other Asian languages such as Japanese is an advantage Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized in work procedures Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight timelines Well versed in MS Office and hands on experience in using system

- Support in ensuring B2B accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively
- Handle B2B clients' enquiries and complaints
- Identify and support on cases' investigation and resolution issues
- Responsible for the invoice / reports and other documentations with clients in a timely manner
- Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts
- Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance
- Perform ad-hoc project as assigned
