Job description

We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress - Seasonal Goodies based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Waiter / Waitress - Seasonal Goodies, we rely on you to :

Introduce pastry and beverage menu to guests
Ensure the smooth operations of seasonal counter and pop-up store
Handle walk-in guests' inquiries, orders, redemption, delivery and logistics
Ensure service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

We are looking for someone who has :

Relevant working experience in Hotels or cake shop would be an advantage

Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage

Great attention to detail

Excellent guest interaction and communication skills

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
