- Minimum 1 year western cuisine experience
- Responsible for running the floor, such as sitting arrangement, taking orders, serving the food to our guests and restaurant cleaning
- Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken English
- Overnight shift will be an advantage

Assist to manage reservations and table arrangementAct as Restaurant Ambassador by greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional mannerHandle guests' enquiries by phone following hotel's standards and proceduresAchieve high level of customer satisfaction by engaging with guests proactively, being attentive to their needs and response timely throughout the dining experiencePerform other reasonable tasks assigned by managementSet up table according to reservation plan;Meet and greet guest in a professional manner;Ensure side stations are stocked sufficiently and tidy at all times;Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.Overnight shift will be an advantageCoffee shop- Supervisor / Captain / Waiter / Waitress (咖啡廳-主管 / 領班 / 服務員)
Set up table according to reservation plan;Meet and greet guest in a professional manner;Ensure side stations are stocked sufficiently and tidy at all times;Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.Minimum 1-year relevant experience;Experience in hotel is preferred;Initiative and good customer service skills;Willing to work on shifts in a competitive, energetic and dynamic environment;Good command in both English and ChineseOvernight shift will be an advantage1年相關經驗;
