Job Descriptions :

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, adhering to the restaurant’s service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Provide recommendations for food and beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience.
• Upsell menu items, such as appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages, when appropriate.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
• Manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks during busy periods to ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Work closely with other waitstaff, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.
• Follow hotel and restaurant policies, including dress code and grooming standards.
