Job description
Responsibilities :
Handle property handover and aftersales complaints
Conduct defects inspection
Manage and monitor external parties to carry out maintenance, improvement and defect rectification works
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality or related discipline
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in customer services management of real estate industry
Experience in dealing with property handover& aftersales complaints; customer service software & tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Able to lead and motivate a team
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing is a must
