Job descriptionAt least 1 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity Good or solid knowledge of mixology A strong leader, a team builder and a motivator with ambition to succeed Able to work well under pressure, willing to extend working hours / working on festive and weekends Good command of English and Chinese
The Job
- Oversee the daily operations, including inventory, orderings, store control
- Generate sales and control costings as per preset targets
- Motivate, train and develop your team
- Anticipate and exceed guests’ expectations
- Ensure safety and hygiene of our staff and guests by proper venue and equipment maintenance
