The Job

Client : A Landlord
Position : Assistant Leasing Manager
Responsibilities : Assist the Leasing Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial (80%) and retail (20%) properties located in prime districts. Responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, sales & lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
$35-45K. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements

Degree holder

8 years experience in commercial leasing gained with landlords of which 3 years or above at managerial level

Retail leasing / Commercial sales experience highly preferred

Property management experience will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
