- Client : A Landlord
- Position : Assistant Leasing Manager
- Responsibilities : Assist the Leasing Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial (80%) and retail (20%) properties located in prime districts. Responsible for market analysis, tenancy management, sales & lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.
- 35-45K. 5-day, medical, bonus
