Our client, a leading licensing agency, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Licensing Sales Executive / Manager to drive business growth and manage key relationships across Asia.
Location : HK Island
Working time : Mon to Fri, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM / or 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Salary : HKD 20 - 35K
Responsibilities :
- Shape and implement commercial strategies for brand partnerships and content licensing
- Liaise with intellectual property (IP) owners to explore new collaboration opportunities
- Manage contract lifecycle from proposal to execution
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to internal capability building
- Facilitate communication and alignment between brand owners and external partners
- Represent the business in cross-border engagements and industry events
- Prepare sales reports and assist in training
Requirements :
B2B Sales experience in any industryExperience in licensing (e.g. toy / game marketing, IP collaborations) is a big advantageStrong sales performance and strategic mindsetNative Cantonese speaker with high proficiency in Japanese, English, and MandarinTeam-oriented, cheerful communicator with a collaborative approachImmediate availability with a passion for business development is highly preferredBenefits :
