Job description

Our client, a leading licensing agency, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Licensing Sales Executive / Manager to drive business growth and manage key relationships across Asia.

Location : HK Island

Working time : Mon to Fri, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM /  or 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Salary : HKD 20 - 35K

Responsibilities :

  • Shape and implement commercial strategies for brand partnerships and content licensing
  • Liaise with intellectual property (IP) owners to explore new collaboration opportunities
  • Manage contract lifecycle from proposal to execution
  • Monitor performance metrics and contribute to internal capability building
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between brand owners and external partners
  • Represent the business in cross-border engagements and industry events
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in training

Requirements :

  • B2B Sales experience in any industry
  • Experience in licensing (e.g. toy / game marketing, IP collaborations) is a big advantage
  • Strong sales performance and strategic mindset
  • Native Cantonese speaker with high proficiency in Japanese, English, and Mandarin
  • Team-oriented, cheerful communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Immediate availability with a passion for business development is highly preferred
