Administrative Clerk (Projects)

Job Description

• Monitor and provide administrative support to Project team within the projects schedule, budget and costing requirement
• Sub-letting orders to contractors and issue purchase order
• Negotiate w / vendors & sub-contractors to increase project profitability
• Co-ordinate with factory and supplier for material arrangement
• Assist project team to prepare administrative duties
• Responsible for daily logistics operations
• Handle customer inquiry, issue invoices
• Handle daily operation data entry
• Work closely with the team member and liaise with customer on sales services
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior.
