Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives in the area of operations, daily tasks included but not limited to : Work closely with operational teams to understand existing processes and pain pointsImplement operational changes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle timesAlign operational workflows with strategic objectives to drive business value
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitization to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to ensure project alignment and successful implementation
- Monitor and report to senior management on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of process re-engineering efforts
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on process re-engineering in either retail or corporate bankingStrong understanding of technology and its application to business processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsCertifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) preferredShort notice, immediate availability, and willingness to become a contractor are advantageousPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
