About the Client

Our client is a real estate business with global investment. Currently, they are looking for a seasoned and all-rounded Senior Finance Manager to join their group finance team in Hong Kong.

About the Role

You will repoort to the Finance Director and manage a small team. You will take up a group finance role and be responsible for financial reporting and management reporting. You will develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts. You will prepare investment proposals, business cases, and risk / opportunity assessments for new ventures. You will oversee preparation of periodic financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and consolidate management reports. You will manage annual audits, tax filings, and liaise with external advisors (auditors, tax consultants, lawyers). You will analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue, cost efficiency, and profitability. You will maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent required
• 10 years + relevant work experience from Big 4 & real estate related corporations
• All-rounded accounting and finance skillsets, familiar with accounting process, financial reporting, management reporting and investment analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Detail-minded, result-driven, able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is an advantage
