Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for full range ofpany secretarial duties to designated entity and its Board of Directors, including but not limited to organizing board meetings, preparing board minutes / resolutions / annual & interim reports / announcements / circulars, advising internal / external parties regardingpany secretarial and statutorypliance matters.
• Manage financial accounting tasks including month-end closing, financial statements preparation, general ledger control and maintenance, etc.
• Manage the accurate and timely submission of head office reporting and regulatory reports
• Handle the HKMA banking returns
• Prepare information to the senior management, variousmittee and Board
• Supports decision making, provides financial projections based on trends, and leads and executes the development of business strategies in partnership with different stakeholders
• Keep abreast of change of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
