Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Perform support & system administration on servers systems, networks and networking devices
Lead a small team to provide the deskside and system support
Monitor the usage of applications in correct approach
Participate the technical operational planning, implementation, operation, control and monitoring
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Supervising the Team staffs and Monitoring their performance

Job Requirements :

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline

3 years experience in infrastructure or networking is preferred

1 years project or management experience is preferred

Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving and account management skills

Good attention to details, communication, interpersonal, organization and administrative skills

Excellent and effective communication skills in both English and Chinese

Working Location
