Job Description :

To lead and supervise a team of IT specialists to oversee the operation and on-going maintenance of IT infrastructure including :
To provide support / technical advice on systems, virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure to senior management and project teams;
To automate / enhance and streamline operation workflow by various solution;
To manage IT monitoring for the core / new Systems Infrastructure;
To develop reports / web sites for performance monitoring and housekeeping.
To manage and monitor central user identity repository and the associated directory services using Microsoft Active Directory (AD);
To provide technical advice in site preparation related matters to the setup of IT infrastructure;
To support annual core IT systems infrastructure capacity planning and IT Security Risk Assessment and Audit for the IT systems;
To work with network / other teams for systems and project support; and
To perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement Details :

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines;

At least 10 years working experience in information technology;

Extensive experience in managing a local IT systems infrastructure with more than 20,000 objects in AD;

Solid experience in managing database server, web server and programming in using Microsoft Active Directory Administration / IT Security / Network & System Management / Security Risk Assessment and Audit / Server Virtualisation Technology / HTML / ASP / SQL;

Hands-on experience in procurement / Disposal Procedures;

Hands-on experience in project management with multiple vendors;

Extensive experience in supporting infrastructure of Health Care / Clinical related applications;

Extensive experience in supporting Clinics, Boundary Control Point Clinics, Dental Clinics, Maternal and Child Health Centres
